Cooperation-Inventor And Assignee
COOPERATION-INVENTOR AND ASSIGNEE
Inventor must cooperate with assignee so that assignee may fully enjoy the right, title, and interest conveyed herein. This duty to cooperate includes the prompt execution of all papers necessary or desirable to perfect the right, title, and interest conveyed herein. It also includes the prompt execution of all petitions, oaths, declarations, or other papers necessary or desirable for prosecuting the identified applications and other related matters. This duty also requires prompt assistance and cooperation in the prosecution of legal proceedings involving the inventions and/or improvements thereon and the applications and patents thereon.
